WebThe idea is that you pair Arb with Occ. Arb's heal is exactly what you need to keep heros off death's door (the only healing that really matters) and it improves healing on them - like from the Occ, who has the biggest heal to give. Arb has mark synergy, occ has a mark. Pair them with a BH and maybe a HM while youre here.

The MEDIAN heal cast by these idiots is 0. I've literally seen it heal 0 three times in a row. I've had these occultist get out healed by a musketeer. I've had these occultists get out healed by a damn leper.
