So a Daedric Sword will give more experience per swing than an Iron Sword but because it's based on base damage it means your skill level, perks, enchantments etc raising your damage doesn't raise the experience. IF this is true (I dunno, never paid attention) then you want to use bound swords. It's ALL base damage.
