I have been having 1 pack of instant oatmeal (19 g Carbs) with either 1/2 an apple or strawberries, some kind of nuts sprinkled on top, couple scoops of plain coconut yogurt, peanut butter, cinnamon and I use stevia to sweeten a bit. Super satisfying, good fiber, protein and fat and my number is consistently within range. WebInstructions. Place oats, vanilla, yogurt, milk and honey in a jar. Stir until combined. Close the jar with a lid and leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours.
