An extreme and unreasonable fear of a particular thing, place, or circumstance characterizes phobias. When you’re diagnosed with Obesophobia, you have heightened anxiety when discussing or thinking about weight gain. WebbPractising technique should mainly be done with moderate weights. But being able to execute a lift perfectly with a moderate weight doesn’t mean you can do the same with 100%+ of your max. Be subtle. Don’t underestimate just how much you need to practise in order to ‘get over’ your fears.
