Frankly, I get to the worlds page, enter a world, click on the household, and after the loading screen it takes me straight back to the World. I have tried multiple lots and it has the same problem. I've tried Update and Repair and the problem persists. WebbIf that doesn't help, try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps.
